Need a net value and gross on gas calculation. If you are a BAI Installer it should open without having to sign in automatically on your phone,you know are details guys.
Cannot register address. Keeps saying error try again.
Wrote a review a little while ago saying I couldn't log in, turns out it was my own fault. Now I've managed to get logged it I think it's a really good app 👌
Book a repair button not working
Useful app but annoyingly the gas rate section won't allow you to manually input your figures without running the timer for 2 minutes so end up using a web-based calculator.
Won't let me log in to register a boiler... changed password, still won't let me log in... re installed and still won't let me log... website isn't much better.
On android for gas rating an appliance it asks you to record the initial reading before you can press the play (record/timer) button. On the newer smart meters the reading is static on the screen and doesn't update until you refresh the display. This means that you cannot take the reading first, as it would have changed by the time you press play. This isn't a problem on my friends iPhone where you can start the recording and enter the first reading as the timer plays.
Once registered which was easy I played around with the app and it seemed really good but about a week later when I'm trying to log in through the app it doesn't let me even though I've resetted the password but it let's me log in through an email, dont get that. Update to this, it now let's me sign in, good app with decent videos, would like more videos with more problem solving being shown and would be good if they had an area where you can buy things like service kits, tools for servicing etc
